Hidden in the heart of Portugal, Freedom Ville is a regenerative eco village, retreat center and creative sanctuary. We blend art, nature, play, community, education, and consciousness into experiences that help people reconnect with their inner truth, creativity, body, joy, sense of belonging and their personal and collective responsibility.

At Freedom Ville, we are building something rare, a place where transformation is not confined to workshops, rituals, or techniques, but flows through every stone, tree, colour, breath, and moment. Car rental possibilities on the airport. We will create a whatsapp group with al the sisters, so you can couple up and carpool.

We will work with embodiment, ritual, nature, and somatic trauma release within a loving and carefully held space where your nervous system receives the support it needs to recognise and break through patterns.

 

And you won’t do this alone, but within an intimate sisterhood of no more than ten women. Women who, like you, long for a different way of living, doing business, and leading.

A place where you don’t have to be strong. Where you’re allowed to receive. Where you will be seen, reflected, and held. We will also explore our relationship with money.

Not through strategy, control, or working even harder, but through ritual. Through the body. We will explore what wealth truly means to you and which old stories, tensions, or conditioning may still be standing between you and your capacity to receive.

 We will create space for a new relationship with money. One rooted in pleasure, self-trust, truth, and your natural rhythm. We will work with emotional release tools and rage rituals, allowing ourselves to be held by nature.

This retreat is a journey back to your essence. Back to the woman beneath all the expectations, responsibilities, and patterns.

You will share a beautiful room with one sister. Meals will be provided. There is a salt waterpool and waterfall. We can arrange transfer from the airport to freedomvill together with carpool options.

I guide women back to the truth of their bodies, their shadows, their desires and the stillness within.

My work lives at the intersection of spirituality and science. I believe that deep transformation happens when intuition, embodiment and ancient wisdom are supported by a grounded understanding of the nervous system, trauma and human behaviour.

Drawing from a rich and diverse background—including VITA™ Coaching, dearmouring, TRE, breathwork, EMDR, Vinyasa Yoga, energy work, professional dance and ritual facilitation—I gently guide you through the layers that stand between you and your most authentic self.

My approach is raw, compassionate and deeply body-led.

Together, we create space for what has been hidden, silenced or forgotten to emerge. We listen to the wisdom of the body, honour the stories it carries and transform what no longer serves.

So you can return to living from what is true within you.
